He is originally from Venezuela, where he worked for many years in his own exclusive business of importing Italian menswear. He later moved to San Diego, California, where he worked with a Mexican partner in his own Latin American restaurant. He arrived in Puerto Vallarta in 1994 and entered the real estate field as a sales representative with Remax Nautica and Coldwell Banker. Established Pancho’s Villas in 1997 and is a member of international organizations such as AMPI, NAR and FIABCI.

Over the years, he has built good relationships with many customers who return again and again to carry out sales, purchases and investments through his company.

It also participates in construction and development. Has built Romantic View located on hortensias street / Amapas and Andale Villas located on Ecuador street / Downtown.

His extensive experience in serving local, national and foreign clients has made him one of the most respected entrepreneurs in the area. His hobbies include reading and cooking.
