 ALDO - OWNER BROKER
Aldo is originally from Venezuela, where he worked for many years in his own exclusive Italian clothing import business. Later on he moved to San Diego, California where he worked with a Mexican partner in their own Latin American restaurant.
He arrived in Puerto Vallarta in 1994 and entered the real estate field as a sales representative with Remax Nautica and Coldwell Banker. He established Pancho's Villas in 1996 and is a member of international organizations such as AMPI, NAR & FIABCI.
Aldo's hobbies include reading, cooking and good wine.
Over the years he has built good relationships with many clients who return time and time again to carry out sales, purchases and investments through his company. He is also involved in construction and development and his extensive experience servicing local, national and foreign clients, has made him one of the most respected businessmen in the area.

 MARILYN - SALES MANAGER
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Marilyn had been living in Marina del Rey, California, prior to moving to Ixtapa-Zihuatenejo, Mexico in 1990, and then on to Puerto Vallarta in 1991. Seventeen years later, after mastering the art of living in Mexico and gaining expertise in various facets of real estate rentals and vacation ownership, she joined the family at Pancho's Villas. Bringing a wealth of local knowledge and real estate savvy, Marilyn has proven to be a tremendous asset to both clients and colleagues alike.
With a keen interest in Vallarta's development, Marilyn is excited to be a part of the Pancho's Villas sales team and the burgeoning real estate market here in Vallarta. She is an affiliate with AMPI and Multi-List and brings with her a passion for service excellence, professionalism and complete client satisfaction.

 LAURA - SALES AGENT
Laura originates from this beautiful port of Puerto Vallarta, loves life, nature, sports and the opportunity to travel whenever she can.
She lived in Mexico City for 17 years where she completed her studies and then returned to her place of birth where she worked in the hotel industry for 7 years.
At the beginning of this year she was given the opportunity to enter the world of Real Estate when she met Aldo Garces and joined his great team.

 SALLY - MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Originally from Suffolk in England, Sally and her husband decided to take early retirement in 2003 and although they had planned their retirement in Spain, circumstances changed after a trip to Puerto Vallarta in 1999 and their only daughter decided to come to live here in August 2000 and so they decided that this was the logical place to be. After being 'retired' for 9 months, Sally joined the team at Pancho's Villas as Management Assistant.
Sally worked in Banking for many years and has a great deal of experience in office administration and in communicating with clients both by telephone and in a 'face to face' situation.
Sally says, "There is something here for everyone. Friends and family in England thought we were mad to take the risk and move to Mexico but after seeing the change in our lifestyle I think maybe they realize we weren't so mad after all. If you want something enough you can make it happen. Let us help you realize your dream."

 SILBANIA - OFFICE MANAGER
Silbania Parra was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela where she graduated from business administration from the UNERMB University. For a period of 4 years she worked in management for OPAL C.A., an oil company in her native country. She is the mother of two beautiful children.
Destiny brought her to friendly Puerto Vallarta in the year 2003, where she met broker Aldo Garces and joined an outstanding team at Pancho's Villas Real Estate Agency and Developing.
With her great skills and charisma, Silbania has become a great asset to our enterprise as Office Manager.
